BUT IT HASN’T ALWAYS BEEN THIS WAY!

I used to be someone who had no self worth, nor any self esteem at all.

I’ve lived over 40 years of my life pleasing others, hiding and blending in, so I could be accepted.

I’ve always made myself wrong in who I was, in what I felt and how I felt, in the way I expressed myself… and the list went on.

I was constantly giving my power away!

Today, I am a very different person!

Here’s what I NOW know to be TRUE, without a shadow of a doubt:

1. In the presence of LOVE & ACCEPTANCE, miracles happen! (I’m the living proof!)

   
   
   

2. HIDING in FEAR does not serve me any more, and only by stepping into this authentic & unfiltered experience of myself, will I end up knowing myself deeply and truly.

   
   
   

3. I know in my bones that AUTHENTICITY will set me FREE, and the more I dare into it, the more I TRUST myself!

   
   
   

4. I know from experience that the more I TRUST myself, the more I’ll STAND UP for myself and my beliefs.

WE can no longer hide in the false modesty of “I’m not important” or “I don't matter”, because that sh*t is a lie!

this is what i believe:

• There’s always a way.

  
  

• Infinite possibilities are available to us at all times.

• There’s an inner strength within us all that makes us thrive, no matter where we’ve been in life or the things we went through.

  
  

• There’s huge power in being VULNERABLE & AUTHENTIC.

  
  

• Unconditional SELF LOVE is absolutely possible, no matter what your beliefs are.

  
  

• People pleasers CAN learn to TRUST themselves, and be CONFIDENT in their decisions.

Meaningful and deep conversations feed my soul.

Ever since I can remember, there’s a PASSION about me that gets my ass moving to get sh*t done!

I am RESILIENT and I’m very determined. I’m definitely NOT a quitter!

I am a very JOYFUL woman! I believe Laughter is medicine.

My mission is to show up UNAPOLOGETICALLY

and INSPIRE others to do the same.

I am pretty much an open book, and you can read more about me in my blog

I know I am a teacher in my soul!

I love studying, learning new things and teaching. I’ve been a high-school English teacher for 24 years and back in 2014 I quit my job. I decided I would no longer settle for the shitty life I was living, and I made some BOLD decisions that changed my life forever.

I am a single mum of two boys. And in my quest for happiness, in 2014 I came across Lu Jong (Tibetan healing Yoga) and meditation, which were CRUCIAL to start feeling the calm, stability and peace of mind that I was eagerly looking for.

I’ve had the privilege of meeting a Buddhist Lama, Tulku Lobsang, with whom I’ve learned so much. From different powerful ancient Tantrayana practices to Buddhist Psychology, and the Nature of the Mind, I was there to take all that wisdom in.

By the end of 2015, another teacher showed up in my life – Tony Robbins. I went ALL IN!

i was ‘HELL YEAH’ committed to my happiness

• I joined his Coaching Program and got certified as a coach at Robbins-Madanes Training
  

• I flew my ass to London and I walked on fire at his event Unleash the Power Within
  

• I hired my own coach
  

• I offered 100 two-hour powerful coaching sessions in less than 3 months
  

• By the end of the year I attended Tony Robbins' event Date with Destiny, in Florida
  

• After coming back from Florida, I quit my job and began my business, coaching people from all over the world
  

WOW! What a ride this has been!

Now I want to give back AND HELP OTHERS!
