BUT IT HASN’T ALWAYS BEEN THIS WAY!

I spent over 40 years living life for everyone else. I was the classic people-pleaser: hiding, blending in, and saying yes to things I didn’t want to do, just to feel accepted. Struggling to find my place and longing to belong, I wandered, feeling lost.

Self-esteem, self-worth, self-love, and confidence were foreign to me. I made myself “wrong” for just simply being me—for what I felt, how I felt, and even how I expressed myself. I was giving my power away left and right.

Today, I’m a very different person!

Here’s what I NOW know to be TRUE:

👉In the presence of LOVE & ACCEPTANCE, miracles happen—I am living proof.

👉Hiding in fear serves no one. The more you step into your authentic, unfiltered self, the deeper you understand and honor who you truly are.

👉I know in my bones that AUTHENTICITY will set us FREE. The more we dare to be real, the more we TRUST ourselves!

👉Self-trust leads to strength. The more you trust yourself, the stronger and more fiercely you stand up for what you believe in.

For too long, I stayed silent in the shadows of “I’m not important” or “I don’t matter.” But I know now, without a doubt, that those thoughts are lies.

this is what i believe:

🎯There’s always a way forward, no matter where you’ve been or what you’ve gone through. There’s a powerful inner strength within each of us that allows us to thrive, no matter what we’ve been through.

🎯Infinite possibilities surround us, waiting to be explored.

🎯Vulnerability and authenticity are superpowers. They’re way stronger than any armor we put on.

🎯Self-love is totally possible, no matter what doubts or beliefs try to say otherwise.

🎯Even lifelong people-pleasers can learn to trust themselves and feel confident in their decisions.

Meaningful and deep conversations feed my soul.

Ever since I can remember, there’s a PASSION about me that gets my ass moving to get sh*t done!

I am RESILIENT and I’m very determined. I’m definitely NOT a quitter!

I am a very JOYFUL woman! I believe Laughter is medicine.

I am pretty much an open book, and you can read more about me in my blog

I know I am a teacher in my soul!

I love studying, learning new things and teaching. I’ve been a high-school English teacher for 24 years and back in 2014 I quit my job. I decided I would no longer settle for the shitty life I was living, and I made some BOLD decisions that changed my life forever.

I am a single mum of two boys. And in my quest for happiness, in 2014 I came across Lu Jong (Tibetan healing Yoga) and meditation, which were CRUCIAL to start feeling the calm, stability and peace of mind that I was eagerly looking for.

I’ve had the privilege of meeting a Buddhist Lama, Tulku Lobsang, with whom I’ve learned so much. From different powerful ancient Tantrayana practices to Buddhist Psychology, and the Nature of the Mind, I was there to take all that wisdom in.

By the end of 2015, another teacher showed up in my life – Tony Robbins. I went ALL IN!

i was ‘HELL YEAH’ committed to my happiness

• I joined his Coaching Program and got certified as a coach at Robbins-Madanes Training
  

• I flew my ass to London and I walked on fire at his event Unleash the Power Within
  

• I hired my own coach
  

• I offered 100 two-hour powerful coaching sessions in less than 3 months
  

• By the end of the year I attended Tony Robbins' event Date with Destiny, in Florida
  

• After coming back from Florida, I quit my job and began my business, coaching people from all over the world
  

WOW! What a ride this has been!

Now I want to give back AND HELP OTHERS!
